Free online Qur'an ??

I was just wondering if I could get a copy of the quran free online (audio file). Some of my American friends were asking for one, so I wanted to burn to a CD to give to them. Which ones the best? I need one with translation, and one without. Where can I find this? THX in advance. (I need a link)
