A recent post about a woman wanting to help a ghair mahram male because he had injured himself / was dying got me thinking. What the woman doing out and about on her own without her mahram anyway?
Also, do any ladies still follow the mahram / ghair mahram rule, i.e. don't go outside or anywhere without a mahram with them? Or is that now a dying trend?
Mashallah, my Mom will never step foot outside the house unless she has one of her mahram with her. My auntie is also like that.
PS. Apologies if anyone thinks I am generalising, but I fully understand that some women have no option but to go out without a mahram as their husband has died or for work (if it is a must for them to work) or whatever other reason like picking kids up from school.
