This will be my first ramadan fasting. Does anyone have any tips? I live in a very hot region and I have to walk everywhere and have work and school during the day so I get very thirsty. Can you break sawn if you are dehydreated? Should you eat huge meals or small nutritious ones? Any words of wisdom are appreciated
