I think rep power is how many rep points you add to someones reputation when you give them rep. It depends on how high your rep is, your post count, etc.
So for example, if you "approve" of someone's post, you add 15 points to their rep.

It looks like you didnt add rep points to anyone cus u have only 3 rep power just kidding i havent got that many rep points or rep power:laugh:

Because you've been here since September '05, which is also taken into account when your rep power is calculated. The longer you've been here, the higher your power is.
