What i can see is that we have no Female Admin or Super Mod while there should be one .As the simple purple mods have limited powers and they cannot help much. For some reasons,i and other girls need a Female Super Mod that can help us in a better way. So,i took the first step and others are behind me to support the idea
Step forward girls,Say it
It will be a few minute Job and Ayesha will turn into blue from purple
You're maybe forgetting that the other admins are in fact sisters in disguise, Not wanting be terrorised by those who promote the view with violence that women should not be leaders.
I was looking at myself talking to myself and I realized this conversation...I was having with myself looking at myself was a conversation with myself that I needed to have with myself.
"Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists).".."[Al Qur'aan 3:2]
So how do they choose? Does it involve some sort of ritual or a food eating contest? :/

In defence of sis Aisha, she all ways moves my thread to the relevant section because I have a habit of posting it in the general section so I don't have to wait around for it to get approved so kudos to her in that aspect of moderating, I don't think anyone else noticed as for having a female super mod, I think that should be decided by the current super mods. I don't see any reason to rebel and attempt to topple the current regime, things aren't that bad are they
“Who said that guidance requires there to be someone accompanying you"
However I must say I don't like any undercurrent that hints at a war of the sexes --can't we all just get along?
It doesn't make a difference in my book who's red or green or yellow & I think the most wise of all walk unnoticed the intrigue of 'LI' the mysterious mod not the forum!
Otherwise I'd rather someone non-emotive, mature and objective I don't like reviling others in a show of solidarity with the sisterhood .. We all do different things well and should just embrace our strengths
Text without context is pretext If your opponent is of choleric temperament, seek to irritate him
I do not much like to take the tone of a moralist. But the danger of the baobabs is so little understood, and such considerable risks would be run by anyone who might get lost on an asteroid, that for once I am breaking through my reserve. "Children," I say plainly, "watch out for the baobabs!"

I was considering giving out infractions for that very crime next time someone did that.. don't think me too nice :X
Everyone else:
Please don't take this seriously, LI is being run brilliantly as it is, we don't need to change anything. I myself would recommend someone else for the SM job because more power= more responsibility! Being a lowly Moderator is hard enough as it is
Therefore bear in mind that this probably won't happen- and I don't think any of the staff will mind if it doesn't
By all means continue with this thread <<now that's something i don't say often! as long as it makes the Reds and Blues feel a little anxious
