What happened was that I had gotten Windows Vista installed. I couldnt connect to internet because I couldnt install my modem driver. So i decided to install XP.
I had to format my drive to install XP. I did so but because my copy of XP was not good somethings were not installed so that didnt work.
Then I decided to install XP from the recovery CD which was provided with my computer. Everything installed and the computer restarted. Now the Windows XP setup screen was supposed o appear but nothing came up. Only the start up screen.
i restarted my PC but the same thing keeps on happening. I cant proceed from that start-up screen
What do I do?

Do you want me to come down bro? cos seriously I will if you want. I don't think I can help without looking at it. Ask A7med to help.....
Or try this:
when computer starts, enter setup, then make sure the XP CD is in the cd drive. There should be an option to boot from CD. I wish I did this practically rather than just watch.
