I went for the first time tonight as I'm currently car hunting. There are some absolute beauties. I wanted to bid on 75% of them but I was told by mates to hold on a bit longer. The cars at these auctions go at a ridiculously low price. You can try them out 30 mins before the auction starts.
I envied this git that bought one for £1600, new fully kitted up beauty, I cannot remember what it was.
I am drooling Patience...I'm going to get the best one going next month.
If anyone is looking for a car get to your local car auctions and make sure you are with a knowledgable person who knows his cars and knows his faults.
I was not a car lover but my brothers made me LOVE cars and know their names "by force". Each time I happen to be in their car they talk about all cars in the street and showed me any video they got about cars <_<
They made me in love with those two cars:
Porche Cayenne Turbo.
And
BMW
so stylish ones
but more importantly, the most thing I like to watch on cars shows is the places they shows car in (forests, snowy roads...etc)
^ oh!! that will be the future cars I guess, the last image is the best
The most important things I need in any car even though I don't drive are:
1. Wide area for seats
2. Perfect AC since our sun is boiling here
3. Very advanced CD/DVD/Mp3 players
4. High quality TV
5. Dark windows that will prevent sun rays to heat the inside car
6. Move smoothly and quietly in the road
7. Safe in case of Accidents with the less possible damage
8. "if possible" a small laptop work on the car power with an internet connection
Okay forum, back to our discussion. I start with my story.
When I was younger I bought an ex-taxi, old and wrecked Toyota Corolla that need repairing almost every week. The only good stuff in this car was it audio. Not expensive brand, but good quality. No wonder if everyone told me "You are lucky, you bought a car audio and you got a used car as a bonus".
