Rely on the All-Merciful in all your affairs; One who relies on Him is never at loss. The hypocrite looks for faults of others; the believer looks for excuses. Whenever you interact with people, deal with them as you would wish yourself to be dealt with by them, for a worshiper's faith is incomplete until he wants for other people what he wants for himself.
- [Imam al Ghazali ra]
It is pointless to watch other people's houses crumbling when our own house is in need of repair and attention.
Everyone has turned their face toward some direction.
But the saints have turned in the direction without directions.
In the direction without directions, all is spring.
Any other direction holds nothing but the cold of December.

One for this morning, where ever you are... (come out, come out!)
The morning breeze spreads it's fresh smell...
We must get up and take that in,
That wind which let's us live.
Breathe, Breathe, before it's gone!
Rumi?
You try to live in the past,
you can't live in the past.
You try to live in the future,
you can't live in the future.
You're stuck!
And if tomorrow should decide to come,
it must come as now.

They merely:
Veiled themselves and didn't flaunt it
Sought forgiveness and didn't persist
Took ownership of it and don't justify it
And acted with excellence after they had erred - Ibn al-Qayyim
