There is no such thing as boredom, instead of telling yourself your 'bored' ask yourself what can I do to take advantage of this free time I have. Alhamdulilah you have free time, I noticed when I tell myself I am bored. I usually look for something easy to occupy myself with, like tv, online stuff ext (usually this is something I do without thinking). If I change my thoughts boredom to free time, all of a sudden I want to take advantage of that time because its hard to find free time to relax and be alone with your thoughts.
