Rasulullaah ﷺ said, “When you truly love someone, you should find out his name, father’s name, grandfather’s name, tribe’s name and his address so that you may visit him when he falls ill and assist him when he needs help.”

Nowadays it is as well possible to ask about the well-being of a loved one through phone calls, as perhaps people are more open to sharing their phone number instead of home address
Those who believe and obscure not their belief by wrongdoing, theirs is safety; and they are rightly guided. (6:86)
