A marathon 75 year study of the lives of 700 individuals was conducted by Harvard to acsertain what makes a good life. The answer was not money or fame.
The clearest message of this study was this.....Good relationships keep us happier and healthier.
The first lesson about relationships is that social connections are good for us and loneliness kills. The second lesson is that it is not only that you have relatioships but the quality of the relationships matter. The third lesson is that good relationships dont just protect our body it protects our brains. Minds stay sharper for longer.
