You said "rape" correct? An act that another person has to name for it to be rape. If a husband forces himself on his wife and she didn't want to have sexual relations that night, is that rape?

Rape is rape. Intercourse without consent.
Though the wife is sinful if she doesn't have a good reason.
But would the husband also not be sinful? He committed an act.
Technically a husband and wife have each other's consent including Gods consent to have a relationship when they get married. They are legal for each other. If any of the spouses is forceful or inconsiderate in taking or giving this fundamental right of the marriage, we can call it abuse, sinful, violence, but we wouldn't equivalent it to the crime of rape and its punishment in Islam.
