Is it true that if you are making dua for something on consistent basis that means Allah Wants to accept that Dua. That's why he is allowing to stay consistent?

For Allah is consistency more important than irregularly, even when the total amount is less.
He created us to serve Allah. A servant who remembers Allah all the time is much better than a servant who remembers Allah once in a while.
whether this also means that Allah is more likely to accept your dua if you are consistent? I cannot say.
I think it really depends on the dua.
asking to be able to breathe underwater is probably never going to be accepted (at least not in this world), no matter how consistent you are.
