Now I know there are some who love taking photos but are not avid photographers
So please, show us your beautiful photos!
Here are some photos from my front garden; the flowers are blooming because it's spring! These are from my mobile phones however some photographs are a bit blurry, so I apologise for that.
Here you go, the first one was taken outside my bedroom window...:
How much can one edit to keep the picture 'natural'? Not the best way to phrase the question, I know.
Change it very minimally, just for the sake of touching it up, but not to change it. Blur the background if needed, if some colors didn't pop out the way you wanted tweak that a bit, make it a lilll bit lighter or darker as needed... But don't go over the top, that looses its charm.
"...You are my Walî in this world and in the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim, and join me with the righteous." [Surah Yusuf 101]
Ehm yes I want to stay young as I seem to be getting old

Great pics glo, at least you know the names of the flowers, I simply can't remember their names, so when I post a photo I either have to search for it or ask my brother. I think he is going to shoo me away one day lol.
I just realized I have posted quite a few pictures of South Dakota but not many of Minnesota. Yesterday was a beautiful day and Aabidah and I spent the day walking around in a secluded field we know of in Osakis, Minnesota. It is best reached on horse back as it is about 10 miles off the road, but yesterday the ground was solid so we drove out to it and spent the day taking pictures. We took several hundred picture, but I will only post our favorite ones here.
How lush and green those landscapes are. Not unlike Britain!
Is the whole of Minnesota like this?
Much of it is, Minnesota is called the "Land of Lakes" there are over 10,000 named lakes in the State of over 100 acres in size. Plus countless ponds such as the one in the pictures. Because of the numerous lakes there is a lot of forestry. this is also the summer nesting grounds for most of the water fowl found in the Western Hemisphere. The variety of birds is beyond imagination.
It is quite a contrast to North and South Dakota which border it. Although North Dakota has many ponds often called pot holes.
Minnesota does have 3 large cities, Saint Joseph, Saint Cloud and Minneapolis. But the total population of the state is only 5,220,393 nearly all of that in the Minneapolis area. The area of the State is 87,014 SQ. MI
Decided to add 2 more pictures of the field
This next one is one of my favorite plants. Milkweed I have loved it since I was a kid. It is a major weed in dairy country as it ruins the milk if a cow eats any of it. But, it has a redeeming quality it is the only food source for Monarch Butterlies in the far North.

That sounds stunning! You must feel very blessed indeed!

Here I stand.
I can do no other.
May God help me.
Amen.
Come, let us worship and bow down •
and kneel before the Lord our Maker
