For my Civ IV scenario that I am making I need some names for the leaders. Unfortunately, apart from the stereotypical and famous ones, I don't know any for some cultures. Can you help?
Cultures:
Vietnam/Tailand
West Africa (Mali, Gambia etc)
India (Hindu or Sikh names, the Muslim parts of India have split off to Pakistan and Bangladesh in this scenario)
Japanese
Indonesia/Malaysia
Korea
The scenario is set in modern and near future times. The world has collapsed as a result of a massive volcanic eruption that has triggered a new ice age. It is up to the player to conquer, evangelise and trade their way to become the next superpower.
There is no distinct cultural names in Viet Nam or Thailand that I am aware of. Most names are either of Chinese origin or unique any of the numerous tribes found in both Countries. For those 2 countries, unless you want the more common Chinese names I would suggest searching information about the Montagnard tribes:
Muong, K'ho or Koho, Hmong, Ede (Rhade), Chill, Maa, Mnong, Ba Na, Chinh, Tai and Jarai

Jazaakallah people, I remember I also need Ethiopian names. Some of the names are already good, like Hans Sviedermann of north Europe, Hamza bin Abdul Qadeer of the Islamic Union, President Donegal of the USA and Anthony Park of West Australia, but quite a few of the others need improving.
If you have Civ IV and the Beyond the Sword expansion you might be able to download it when its finished, which will probably be in a short while. It does take quite a long time to do though, and I don't know XML or Python scripting or anything, so I can't design new units and stuff, just add starting promotions to old ones...
