I accessed IB from my sister's computer yestarday and it said 'account suspended' so i thought she probably did something dodgy and got herself blocked. ;D

Yes... It was me. I stole the cookies from the cookie jar.

Because of the whole Haiti Relief / $500 thing, PayPal limited my account. In the meantime, the invoice for IB's monthly thing came up. I was unable to pay because my PayPal account got temporarily limited.

Long story short, it's back now Alhamdulillah. But yes, it was my fault. Insha'Allah this will be the last time, as I will be working towards paying months in advance to prevent such a situation from recurring.

Also, a note to everyone, we need to upgrade this forum to vB 4.0. I know you guys do not like change, and if I was afraid to bring this up, but half of the problems you members complain about is due to the fact that the upgrade must be done.

It's a positive upgrade, despite the fact that we'll be losing the forum's original design etc. It's necessary, and will have to be done sooner or later.

Could I get some supporters for this upgrade to vB4.0? <3

Btw, I got a few emails and PMs this morning saying their account has been suspended.

So I responded thus:

No, just kidding.

The forum is down. Insha'Allah it'll be up today. It's a long story and I'll post it on IslamicBoard once it's back up. Believe me when I say my life is boring without it as well. You don't know what you have until you lose it.

In the meantime, if you know any other IB members, please let them know the situation as well. It's mainly my fault for paying the dues late... So sorry!

Yeah, that's basically what happened. They gave me an extension of like 5 days, but it completely slipped my mind. I feel so guilty. :hmm:

My friend didn't help by bringing up the fact of all those people waiting for advice and what not...

I support an upgrade as long as it doesnt become overly complicated. I hate when things get too technical and complicated.
