Re: Favourite Books?

: To Kill a Mockingbird. ;D And Jane Eyre. :p

:w: warahmatullahi wabarkatuh,

I had to study that at GCSE and to be frankly honest i felt i was on the edge of insanity, all that analysing:confused:

Non-islamic books: Ah, where to begin, hmm, i like reading, good exercise for the mind. The good books i've read are Darren Shan (amazing), HP, The trilogy of Noughts and Crosses (incredible books).

Islamic: The Quran, The healing of medicine, Muslim women (or something along those lines)....and others....

Favorite muslim writer: Sheikh Ibn Qayyim al-jauziyah, May Allah (swt) build a house for him and his family in jannah.

Favorite non-muslim author: Darren Shan and Malorie Blackman

Me too! As for non-islamic, my favorites (besides Harry Potter by jk rowling) are..
Mary Hoffman's series: Stravaganza...really good, I recommend it for everyone :)

Subhanallah. I wanted to read Mayada becuase it looked like a truely good book. When I get the time insh'aAllah I'll read it. AS for the Princess Triology, I loved it so much that I've read it 3 times in like 1 week, and in addition to that, I even went to Jean Sasson's website to see if she have any books like that. MashaAllah she's a great author. Even though her stories are based on real-life.
