I was wondering about this. All these pro-mubarak protesters coming out of the blue. Where were they hiding before? This just proves that this man and his cronies must be ousted they don't even value the lives of their people. I was watching CNN and BBC and you see these men on horses and camels beating the protesters subhanallah. May Allah rid the people of Egypt of these tyrants. They are truly despicable.

I have wondered the same thing.

I read today on the live BBC site about people who were commanded to join the pro-government protesters or not receive their paychecks!

On the other hand I have heard from protesters who simply support the present government because they fear that a sudden political change could turn Egypt into another Iraq! (I think we should be careful not to call all pro-government protesters evil.)

Oh my God you've heard his statements? It made me cry knowing all too well what they mean.. he'll crack down on everyone there and he has stated in so many words, the instigators will be severely punished.. I am so saddened by this, and I don't think these young people are aware of all that they're in for.. I am grateful that some falsely imprisoned gazans and ikhwan were able to escape but he intended like saddam before him to create a state of complete chaos to teach the people a lesson. Either stability and safety with him or an uncertain future.. I have never been so horrified in my life.. it is so surreal.. talking to my family seeing them take cover from gunshots.. seeing my male cousins and there are 17 of them taking part either patrolling or protesting frightens me so.. it makes it that much more real..

there will be many difficult days ahead, especially with U.S and Israeli interest backing up this corruption to serve their personal interests!
