I need help on these areas:

User comments
anything missing
Anything not required (page 2)

But I will need to scan my hand drawn design first as well :mad: :heated:

Yeah, i'm alittle confused too. It seems pretty much self explanatory to me. It isn't hard. Take each point, answer it and then elaborate on your answer, giving reasons as to why you will be needing/doing what you are needing/doing.

well u need to create all the requirements in ms access, the only someone would be able to help you is if they were with you showing you how to carry out the tasks.

I need help on 1 aspect. which is 'User comments'...I can't comment on my own work if u get what I mean, I will complete the hand drawn design and I will post it here, but this needs to be finished today!

bro Iqram, is this gcse work... ie. in high skool? just completed ALL my portfolios and units last wednesday....what a relief! Ict can b taxing at times. u have tasks to complete within a alloted time....then the next task... and so on..thing is..laptops+internet+me and ma m8s= get behind, hence we have 2 rush and hand in on last day, or later in this last case! so a tip from me to anyone who's doing ict based work...get it done 1st (easy 2 say) then do whatever you want! not the other way round...:happy:

ps. gained a merit which means ive got 4 gnvq's in ICT lol woohoo at a B grade:thumbs_up

Using ICT and electronic databases is a splendid idea. This new system gets rid of the filing and organizing difficulties and hassles that have been present in the hospital. It presents an innovative way of keeping records together and making sure that the records are preserved. Using ICT keeps medical records safe and ready for use at any given moment. As opposed to using the old fashioned filing system, using this electronic system provides the hospital with a safer, more secure and more efficient way of filing and processing important information.

bro Harun, this is year 10 coursework, and I'm still in year 9 :mad:

As the exams have just finished, they have already started the syllabus for the next year alread on all subjects.
