Eid Mubarak for those who are celebrating Eid today! I really was waiting for Shuraim to recite surah tawbah in tahajjud... but ah well... Next year inshallah.

Sheikh Hussain Al Sheikh Leading In Madinah for Eid, that was a shock


If you watch the Eid salah, Sheikh Sudais was by the King, Masallah he looked very humble!!

I wonder who's going to lead Salat Al Jumah?

MY prediction is that Sheikh Shuraim in Makkah
Sheikh Abdul Bari in Madinah

Taqqabal minna wa Minkum

I feel that Sh Shuraim's last tahajjud salaat was a perfect farewell, so was sh Hudaify's amazing recitation and dua of Khatam ul Quran. God bless all the imams, Ameen.

me too i never paid attention to shiekh Mahir until he came to Makkah and Masha'Allah he has an amazing recitation. by the way, will there be a high quality audio version of Surah A'raf (recited in Tahajjud this year) available? Both Shiekh Shuraim and Shiekh Sudais, reicted it beautifully and very emotionally. Masha'Allah it is one my favorite recitaitons this year

well my absolute most favourite number 1 recitor is Abdul Muhsin al-Qasim. he has such a long breathe and fast speed, mashaAllah.
and then Thubaity, Huthaify and Maahir are equal 2nd.

how bout u? i noticed alot of ppl on this thread go crazy of sudais and shuraim, lol. does any one else like Abdul Muhsin al-Qasim?
