Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

'Anas (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When Allah wants good for a slave, He puts him in action." It was said: "How does he put him in action O Messenger Of Allah (ﷺ)?" He said: "By making him meet up with the righteous deeds before death."
Narrated Abu Musa (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The example of the one who celebrates the Praises of his Lord (Allah) in comparison to the one who does not celebrate the Praises of his Lord, is that of a living creature compared to a dead one."
Narrated Malik ibn Nadlah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Hands are of three types: Allah's Hand is the upper one; the bestower's hand is the one near it; the beggar's hand is the lower one. So bestow what is surplus, and do not submit yourself to the demand of your soul.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood up for the prayer and we too stood up along with him. Then a bedouin shouted while offering prayer. "O Allah! Bestow Your Mercy on me and Muhammad (ﷺ) only and do not bestow it on anybody else along with us." When the Prophet (ﷺ) had finished his prayer with Taslim, he said to the Bedouin, "You have limited (narrowed) a very vast (thing)," meaning Allah's Mercy.
Narrated `Aisha (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do good deeds properly, sincerely and moderately, and receive good news because one's good deeds will not make him enter Paradise." They asked, "Even you, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" He said, "Even I, unless and until Allah bestows His pardon and Mercy on me."
Abu 'Abdur-Rahman Bilal bin Al-Harith Al-Muzani (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A man speaks a good word without knowing its worth, Allah records for him His Good Pleasure till the day he will meet Him; and a man utters an evil word without realizing its importance, Allah records for him His displeasure till the day he will meet Him."
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "I swear by Allah that I seek Allah's Pardon and turn to Him in repentance more than seventy times a day." [Al-Bukhari].
Narrated Aisha (RA), Ummul Mu'minin: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to count the days in Sha'ban in a manner he did not count any other month; then he fasted when he sighted the new moon of Ramadan; but if the weather was cloudy he counted thirty days and then fasted.
Narrated `Abdullah bin Zaid Al-Mazini (RA): Allah's Messenger (SAW) said, "Between my house and the pulpit there is a garden of the gardens of Paradise."
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If Allah loves a person, He calls Gabriel (AS) saying: 'Allah loves so and so; O Gabriel (AS) , love him.' Gabriel (AS) would love him, and then Gabriel (AS) would make an announcement among the residents of the Heaven, 'Allah loves so-and-so, therefore, you should love him also.' So, all the residents of the Heavens would love him and then he is granted the pleasure of the people of the earth."
Narrated Sahl (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is a gate in Paradise called Ar-Raiyan, and those who observe fasts will enter through it on the Day of Resurrection and none except them will enter through it. It will be said, 'Where are those who used to observe fasts?' They will get up, and none except them will enter through it. After their entry the gate will be closed and nobody will enter through it."
Narrated `Abdullah (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) fasted for days continuously; the people also did the same but it was difficult for them. So, the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade them (to fast continuously for more than one day). They said, "But you fast without break (no food was taken in the evening or in the morning)." The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "I am not like you, for I am provided with food and drink (by Allah).”
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "If somebody eats or drinks forgetfully then he should complete his fast, for what he has eaten or drunk, has been given to him by Allah."
Narrated `Umar bin Al-Khattab (RA): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "When night falls from this side and the day vanishes from this side and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast."
Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d (RA): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the breaking of the fast."
Narrated `Aisha (RA): (the wife of the Prophet) Hamza bin `Amr Al-Aslami (RA) asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "Should I fast while traveling?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "You may fast if you wish, and you may not fast if you wish."
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever does not leave false speech, and acting according to it, then Allah is not in any need of him leaving his food and his drink."
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that: the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever fasts Ramadan and stands (in the night prayer) for it out of faith and seeking a reward (from Allah), he will be forgiven what preceded of his sins. Whoever stands (in the night prayer) on the Night of Al-Qadr out of faith and seeking a reward (from Allah), he will be forgiven what preceded of his sins."
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah (RA): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) was on a journey and saw a crowd of people, and a man was being shaded (by them). He asked, "What is the matter?" They said, "He (the man) is fasting." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "It is not righteousness that you fast on a journey."
Narrated Ibn `Abbas (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) was the most generous amongst the people, and he used to be more so in the month of Ramadan when Gabriel (AS) visited him, and Gabriel (AS) used to meet him on every night of Ramadan till the end of the month. The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to recite the Holy Qur'an to Gabriel (AS), and when Gabriel (AS) met him, he used to be more generous than a fast wind (which causes rain and welfare).
