Allow me to be the second poster on this new thread, alHamdulillah, but without the (useless) smilies!

Insha-Allah, I plan to go al-Haramayn in July/August so will be posting my experiences of the 3-week trip soon after.

Just so I'm not off-topic, I love ash-Shaykh ash-Shuraym for the sake of Allah (Insha-Allah).

i use it as ringtone maybe some people dont like like it being used as ringtone ;D

And btw it does look likely that sudais would take the jumuha init, although you can never be sure...
 
Oh in that case I hope Sheikh Sudais gives the khutbah tomorrow! :)

For those that dont know, in islam there is no such thing as luck its all in the Qadr of Allah, luck is a sort of superstition which is Baatil. Sorry zAk I just had to say that. loq

I was wondering, how often does Budayr lead maghrib/Jumuah salah? And has anyone recorded anything recent of his?

Sheikh Budayr MIGHT not be imam of Masjid an Nabawi anymore! :'(

AS needs to confirm off AH yet.. but yeah, and he hasn't led for some time. :(

That was what I was thinking. Maybe if Sheikh Sudais gave the khutbah he might mention it? Mind you, because Saudi's do go crazy over the world cup. :p
