i have strong pain in both my legs after walking in mall yesterday
it was not strenuous exercise so should have eased by now
even while iwas in bed the pain was bad
after searching on Internet I'm worried its connected to poor circulation or even artery problem
has anyone experienced something similar please help,,, th
what is the nature of pain? sharp, dull, remitting, radiating?
Where is pain? Our leg has thousands of parts, where is pain located? gracialis mucles? quads? skin?
any tingling in feet? any sense of numbness?
basically, the pain could be due to sore/damaged muscles, compressed nerves, inflammad/stenosed vascular structures, etc etc.
have you taken any meds?

I find an olive oil massage to be the best when it comes muscular pain. But if you think your leg(s) is swollen, looks red and feels hot, then you should get it checked immediately. It could be a sign of DVT Allah forbid. I wouldn't advise a massage in this case. Insha Allah if your symptoms don't match this, then I wouldn't worry too much. Have your bloods tested. You might just be low on Vit D/calcium.
dvt however is more common in hospitalized patients etc, and >40 year old patients. Not sure how old is OP.
Do you have any hypercoagulable blood disorders?
If your legs are swollen (due to edema), blue (because veins have deoxygenated blood and hence blood stasis will appear blue, not red as sister above mentioned), tender to touch, you should see a doc. Feeling hot would be more of a sign of active bacterial/fungal infection than natural thrombosis.

thank you for your answers..its a pain that feels as its in the bone like a dull pain but a little tingling...and hurts even when resting,,,but no swelling no redness pain from top of leg to ankle ..sometimes in the foot
Friday is always my day off and I spent lots of time walking and really later on I will have hard time walking, my husband said its because my leg is big (not fat, im 48-50kilos)
Anyhow at night I will keep a high place (like 2pillows) to keep up my legs and next morning alhamdollellah im back on track
The HIGHEST accomplishment I can achieve in this worldly life is to be a TRUE MUSLIM. (me)
