For months I had this problem with breathing during night time, sometimes I have hard times on sleeping due to my nose, and sometimes I'm fine and yesterday I was unable to sleep a whole night because of my nose.
Today I consulted with my Christian psychologist about this issue, and she told me that when we fear something a lot while we dont notice that, then our body starts to have breathing problems as a sign for anxiety.
Do you think what she says is true?
How can notice or anaylize the cause of it? Because, honestly right now I am fearless. What is Quran's opinion about this issue?

Yeah but this nazal problem got exagerately big, because one night I could not sleep at all. I tried to play the new game called Brawl Stars, watched tv, move around the house, drink water etc... with intention of making myself tired and sleepy, but non of this worked. And that problem spoiled my whole new day and it was horrible and it made me so angry that I begin to use curses and swearings out of anger, and I have not insulted anything that is related to Islam. I used it only on what is not related to Islam just to express my anger and frustration, because I could not sleep normal. The doctor adviced me to take sea spray, but it only works temporary. I'm having this problem for months.

Are you overweight?
Pain and hardships allow you to grow spiritually Alhamdulilah so smile when a so called calamity befalls upon you.
Alhamdulilah Allah swt is the greatest.

Okay brother. It has everything to do with breathing. If you are overweight you struggle with breathing as all the arteries are blocked and your heart has to work harder to push the blood around your body. Alhamdulilah.

I think I have to study much more Anatomy. I dont think it is a result for overtweitness. I think it is due to fear, but what I'm scared off?! I have no idea, and I wish I can find out. My mother tells me that I'm scared of taking the exams...

Re: How can I analyze the cause of breathing problems?
Recite Aytal Kursi or the 99 names of Allah swt this will calm you down and stop overthinking. Start doing daily excercise and eat a good balanced diet. You must be young. Look after your health and stop overthinking insha Allah. Allah will cure insha Allah. Also check your overall health with the doctor. Try and take natural remedies and cures if you have a health problem. Don't take fake medication if you can help it.

Yes but not conventional doctors. Well this is my opinion. I only go to them as a last resort.

I was thinking that it could be a Dua or a chapter that can enable me to understand what is going on with my nose.
