well, sura khaf (018.022), (Some) say they were three, the dog being the fourth among them; (others) say they were five, the dog being the sixth,- doubtfully guessing at the unknown; (yet others) say they were seven, the dog being the eighth. Say thou: "My Lord knoweth best their number; It is but few that know their (real case)." Enter not, therefore, into controversies concerning them, except on a matter that is clear, nor consult any of them about (the affair of) the Sleepers.
And (remember) when We appointed for Mûsa (Moses) forty nights, and (in his absence) you took the calf (for worship), and you were Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.). 2:51
OK surat a3raaf "wa gatta3naahum ithnatay asharata asbaatan umamaa" and we divided them into 12 tribes nations.
Also surat yusuf
"wa gaalal maliku innee araa sab3a bagaaratin simaanin ya'kuluhunna sab3un 3ijaafun wa sab3a sunbulaatin khudhrin wa ukharu yaabisaat"
and the king said verily i saw 7 fat cows that were being eaten by 7 lean ones, and seven ears of corn and seven others withered"
These numbers are mentioned again in this surah.
Also surat anfaal
"idh tastagheethuuna rabbakum fastajaaba lakum annee mummiddukum bi alfin minal malaaikati murdifeen"
And when you sought help from your lord and he answered that verily i will assisst you with a thousand angels in ranks.
Also in aali 3imraan "assist you with 3000 angels" and in the following aayah "your lord will assist you with 5000 angels"
"lagad kafar Alladheena gaalu inna Allah thaalithu thalaatha
Verily they have disbeleived those who say Allah is one of three in a trinity and there is no god except one..." surat al maa'idah
"wa gaala Allahu la tattakhidhuu ilaahyn ithnay innamaa huwa ilaahun waa7idun fa iyyaaya farhabun"
"and Allah said don't take to two gods verily he is one so worship me" surat nahl.
"gul a innakum latakfuruuna billadhee khalagal ardha fi yawmayna wa taj3aluuna lahuu andaada.." say, verily do you disbelive in he who created the earth in 3 days and you take equals with him"
"fa gadhaahunnna sab3a samaawaatin fi yawmayn" and he created the earth in 2 days"
both are in fussilat.
