"O you men! Surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you into tribes and families so that you may know each other; Surely the most honourable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty); Surely Allah is Knowing, All-Aware." (49:13)
Br., Could you clarify to me one more thing before I make another dumb mistake!
Quote (Br. Zak):
"One ayah in qur'an which has some amar[order] in it, but was later cancelled[only the order was cancelled, not tht the ayah was mansookh] by Allah[swt] wid the next following ayah."
So, do you want the Ayah that was cancelled by the next one, or the Ayah that cancelled it itself?
And, "the next following ayah", you mean the Ayah that comes next in sequence in the Surah, eg If it is Ayah 24, it becomes Ayah 25, and NOT the next Ayah in terms of revelation.
I was about to go to sleep yesterday and was thinking which ayah which ayah??? And this ayah came into my mind just like that... And then I saw sister spy posted it, and then I thought should have posted it before, khair inshAllah (she got to it before me) ....but I was to tired so I left it. Khair InshAllah.
O you who believe! when you consult the Apostle, then offer something in charity before your consultation; that is better for you and purer; but if you do not find, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
SubhanAllah.. FINALLLYY sum1 gt the answerrrr !!! .. MashAllah Brother Khaldun :applaud: and Sis Spy u were Nearly close . it was wrth tryin
The Prophet said, "Nobody who enters Paradise likes to go back to the world even if he got everything on the earth, except a Mujahid who wishes to return to the world so that he may be martyred ten times because of the dignity he receives (from Allah)."

You got that right. Next question . . . Let's see . . .
Somewhere in the Quran; it says that it has been a favor (mercy/blessing; the actual word is "manna") of Allah upon the believers, that he sent a messenger. To make it harder, I did not write up the arabic, nor did I give the complete translation of the whole verse.
Here's the question for the second time; this time, anyone want to answer it?

brother ahmed.....your ayah is in surah Imran ayah 164
"Certainly Allah conferred a benefit upon the believers when He raised among them an Apostle from among themselves, reciting to them His communications and purifying them, and teaching them the Book and the wisdom, although before that they were surely in manifest error."
If you will not aid him, Allah certainly aided him when those who disbelieved expelled him, he being the second of the two, when they were both in the cave, when he said to his companion: Grieve not, surely Allah is with us. So Allah sent down His tranquillity upon him and strengthened him with hosts which you did not see, and made lowest the word of those who disbelieved; and the word of Allah, that is the highest; and Allah is Mighty, Wise.
Zak, you got it right and that's 12 points from me for that, but it wasn't displaying properly; I think it still may not be displaying properly so I'll echo the verse reference here: Surah an-Nisaa 4: verse 59. :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud: :applaud:
OK. Next question is:
What is the name of the spring in paradise, in which the drink of ginger flows? (It is in the Quran )
