⇨ "CHARITY OF POSTHUMOUS EFFECT (SADAQA JAARIYYA)" ✦
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayra (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu 'alayhi wa salam said:â–º
"The action of man stops when he dies EXCEPT THREE THINGS: continuous CHARITY, KNOWLEDGE that benefits or a pious CHILD who prays for him." [Muslim: 4223]
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said,
“None of you will have (true) faith until he loves me more than his father, his children and all of mankind.”
(Bukhari)
The Prophet said,
“When one of you goes to his bed, let him dust off his bed with the inner extremity of his lower garment, for he does not know what came onto it after he left it. Then let him say, ‘In Your name my Lord, I lie down, and in Your name I rise. If you take my soul, then have mercy on it, and if You return it, then protect it as You protect Your righteous slaves.'”
(Bukhari)
It was narrated that Jabir (R) said:
“I entered the house of the Prophet (S) with him and there was some bread and vinegar. The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Eat; what a good condiment is vinegar.'”
(Nasaa’i)
Abdullah Ibn Jaa’far (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates,
“The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ate cucumbers with dates.”
(Tirmidhi)
It is sunnah to recite the below dua after adhaan and insha Allah Prophet Muhammad SAW will intercede for you on the day of Qiymaat;
Allahumma rabba hadhid da watit tammati was-salatil qa-imati ati muhammadanil wasilata wal-fadilata wab-athu maqaamam mahmudanil-ladhi wa-attahu.
‘O Allah, Owner of this perfect call and Owner of this prayer to be performed, bestow upon Muhammad al-waseelah (الوسیلۃ) and al-fadeelah (الفضیلۃ) and send him upon a praised platform which You have promised him. Verily, You never fail in Your promise.’

The Prophet said,
“If one of you puts on shoes, let him begin with the right. And when he takes them off, let him begin with the left. And let him take both off or leave both (on).”
(Bukhari and Muslim)
The Messenger of Allah said, “Seeking permission to enter (somebody’s house) has been prescribed in order to restrain the eyes (from looking at something we are not supposed to look at).”
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari reported:
The Messenger of Allah said, “Permission is to be sought thrice. If it is accorded, you may enter; otherwise, go back.”
Whenever Rasulullaah صلى الله عليه وسلم _*returned*_ from a journey, he would *first* go to the Masjid and _*perform*_ two Rakaahs salaah and meet the people there *(thereafter would proceed home)*.

The Sunnah just mentions to the instructions, prohibitions, sayings, activities and implicit approvals of the Prophet Muhammad, Sallallahu alaihi Wasallam, the last Messenger Allah, Glorious is he, referred to Mankind.
tomorrow is Thursday . I'ts a sunnah to fast on Thursday . Next Friday , Saturday , Sunday are days of Ayame Bizz
( in Bangladesh ) . Then Monday - again another sunnah day for fasting .

Did you know modern day scientists are now promoting the idea of intermittent fasting? Subhna Allah how blessed are we to be Muslims Allah Hu Akbar! We don't need modern day scientists or doctors to teach us how to look after our health.
Our prophet Muhammad s.a.w has taught us everything from cradle to death. This is true love.
