On the RoadtoJannah message board I typically post a Hadith of the Day and the Ayat of the Day. I see that there is already a Hadith of the Day thread here so inshAllah I intend to contribute to that. However, when doing a few searches on this board I could not find an Ayat of the Day thread, so I decided to make one. If there is one already please merge this and point me in the right direction inshAllah. Also if everyone could contribute that would be wonderful. Discussion, Ayats, anything inshAllah.

8. Al-Anfal (Spoils Of War, Booty)
Surah: 8 Aya: 16
Transliteration
16. Waman yuwallihim yawma-ithin duburahu illa mutaharrifan liqitalin aw mutahayyizan ila fi-atin faqad baa bighadabin mina Allahi wama/wahu jahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru
Translation
16. And whoever turns his back to them on such a day - unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own), - he indeed has drawn upon himself wrath from Allâh. And his abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination!
وَمِنَ الَّذِيْنَ قَا لُوْۤا اِنَّا نَصٰرٰۤى اَخَذْنَا مِيْثَا قَهُمْ فَنَسُوْا حَظًّا مِّمَّا ذُكِّرُوْا بِهٖ ۖ فَاَ غْرَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَا لْبَغْضَآءَ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۗ وَسَوْفَ يُنَبِّئُهُمُ اللّٰهُ بِمَا كَا نُوْا يَصْنَعُوْنَ
"And from those who say, "We are Christians" We took their covenant; but they forgot a portion of that of which they were reminded. So We caused among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. And Allah is going to inform them about what they used to do."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 14)
مِنْ اَجْلِ ذٰلِكَ ۛ كَتَبْنَا عَلٰى بَنِيْۤ اِسْرَآءِيْلَ اَنَّهٗ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِۢغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ اَوْ فَسَا دٍ فِى الْاَ رْضِ فَكَاَ نَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّا سَ جَمِيْعًا ۗ وَمَنْ اَحْيَاهَا فَكَاَ نَّمَاۤ اَحْيَا النَّا سَ جَمِيْعًا ۗ وَلَـقَدْ جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُنَا بِا لْبَيِّنٰتِ ثُمَّ اِنَّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ بَعْدَ ذٰلِكَ فِى الْاَ رْضِ لَمُسْرِفُوْنَ
"Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely. And our messengers had certainly come to them with clear proofs. Then indeed many of them, [even] after that, throughout the land, were transgressors."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 32)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الرَّسُوْلُ لَا يَحْزُنْكَ الَّذِيْنَ يُسَا رِعُوْنَ فِى الْكُفْرِ مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ قَا لُوْۤا اٰمَنَّا بِاَ فْوَاهِهِمْ وَلَمْ تُؤْمِنْ قُلُوْبُهُمْ ۛ وَمِنَ الَّذِيْنَ هَا دُوْا ۛ سَمّٰعُوْنَ لِلْكَذِبِ سَمّٰعُوْنَ لِقَوْمٍ اٰخَرِيْنَ ۙ لَمْ يَأْتُوْكَ ۗ يُحَرِّفُوْ نَ الْـكَلِمَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَوَا ضِعِهٖ ۚ يَقُوْلُوْنَ اِنْ اُوْتِيْتُمْ هٰذَا فَخُذُوْهُ وَاِ نْ لَّمْ تُؤْتَوْهُ فَا حْذَرُوْا ۗ وَمَنْ يُّرِدِ اللّٰهُ فِتْنَـتَهٗ فَلَنْ تَمْلِكَ لَهٗ مِنَ اللّٰهِ شَيْـئًـا ۗ اُولٰٓئِكَ الَّذِيْنَ لَمْ يُرِدِ اللّٰهُ اَنْ يُّطَهِّرَ قُلُوْبَهُمْ ۗ لَهُمْ فِيْ الدُّنْيَا خِزْيٌ ۖ وَّلَهُمْ فِيْ الْاٰ خِرَةِ عَذَا بٌ عَظِيْمٌ
"O Messenger, let them not grieve you who hasten into disbelief of those who say, "We believe" with their mouths, but their hearts believe not, and from among the Jews. [They are] avid listeners to falsehood, listening to another people who have not come to you. They distort words beyond their [proper] usages, saying "If you are given this, take it; but if you are not given it, then beware." But he for whom Allah intends fitnah - never will you possess [power to do] for him a thing against Allah. Those are the ones for whom Allah does not intend to purify their hearts. For them in this world is disgrace, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 41)
وَاَ نْزَلْنَاۤ اِلَيْكَ الْكِتٰبَ بِا لْحَـقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ مِنَ الْكِتٰبِ وَمُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْهِ فَا حْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَاۤ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ اَهْوَآءَهُمْ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ الْحَـقِّ ۗ لِكُلٍّ جَعَلْنَا مِنْكُمْ شِرْعَةً وَّمِنْهَا جًا ۗ وَلَوْ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ لَجَـعَلَـكُمْ اُمَّةً وَّا حِدَةً وَّلٰـكِنْ لِّيَبْلُوَكُمْ فِيْ مَاۤ اٰتٰٮكُمْ فَا سْتَبِقُوا الْخَـيْـرٰتِ ۗ اِلَى اللّٰهِ مَرْجِعُكُمْ جَمِيْعًا فَيُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِمَا كُنْتُمْ فِيْهِ تَخْتَلِفُوْنَ
"And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 48)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مَنْ يَّرْتَدَّ مِنْكُمْ عَنْ دِيْـنِهٖ فَسَوْفَ يَأْتِى اللّٰهُ بِقَوْمٍ يُّحِبُّهُمْ وَيُحِبُّوْنَهٗۤ ۙ اَذِل َّةٍ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ اَعِزَّةٍ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ۖ يُجَاهِد ُوْنَ فِيْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا يَخَا فُوْنَ لَوْمَةَ لَآئِمٍ ۗ ذٰلِكَ فَضْلُ اللّٰهِ يُؤْتِيْهِ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ وَا سِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
"O you who have believed, whoever of you should revert from his religion - Allah will bring forth [in place of them] a people He will love and who will love Him [who are] humble toward the believers, powerful against the disbelievers; they strive in the cause of Allah and do not fear the blame of a critic. That is the favor of Allah; He bestows it upon whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 54)
وَقَا لَتِ الْيَهُوْدُ يَدُ اللّٰهِ مَغْلُوْلَةٌ ۗ غُلَّتْ اَيْدِيْهِمْ وَلُعِنُوْا بِمَا قَا لُوْا ۘ بَلْ يَدٰهُ مَبْسُوْطَتٰنِ ۙ يُنْفِق ُ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ ۗ وَلَيَزِيْدَن َّ كَثِيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ مَّاۤ اُنْزِلَ اِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ طُغْيَا نًا وَّكُفْرًا ۗ وَاَ لْقَيْنَا بَيْنَهُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَا لْبَغْضَآءَ اِلٰى يَوْمِ الْقِيٰمَةِ ۗ كُلَّمَاۤ اَوْقَدُوْا نَا رًا لِّلْحَرْبِ اَطْفَاَ هَا اللّٰهُ ۙ وَيَسْعَوْنَ فِى الْاَ رْضِ فَسَا دًا ۗ وَا للّٰهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْمُفْسِدِيْنَ
"And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allah extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allah does not like corrupters."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 64)
مَا الْمَسِيْحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ اِلَّا رَسُوْلٌ ۚ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ الرُّسُلُ ۗ وَاُ مُّهٗ صِدِّيْقَةٌ ۗ كَا نَا يَأْكُلٰنِ الطَّعَا مَ ۗ اُنْظُرْ كَيْفَ نُبَيِّنُ لَهُمُ الْاٰ يٰتِ ثُمَّ انْظُرْ اَ نّٰى يُؤْفَكُوْنَ
"The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 75)
اِنَّمَا يُرِيْدُ الشَّيْطٰنُ اَنْ يُّوْقِعَ بَيْنَكُمُ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَا لْبَغْضَآءَ فِى الْخَمْرِ وَا لْمَيْسِرِ وَيَصُدَّكُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ وَعَنِ الصَّلٰوةِ ۚ فَهَلْ اَنْـتُمْ مُّنْتَهُوْنَ
"Satan only wants to cause between you animosity and hatred through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist?"
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 91)
قُلْ لَّا يَسْتَوِى الْخَبِيْثُ وَا لطَّيِّبُ وَلَوْ اَعْجَبَكَ كَثْرَةُ الْخَبِيْثِ ۚ فَا تَّقُوا اللّٰهَ يٰۤاُ ولِى الْاَ لْبَا بِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُوْنَ
"Say, "Not equal are the evil and the good, although the abundance of evil might impress you." So fear Allah, O you of understanding, that you may be successful."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 100)
لِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضِ وَمَا فِيْهِنَّ ۗ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
"To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is within them. And He is over all things competent."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 120)

اَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَمْ اَهْلَـكْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ مِّنْ قَرْنٍ مَّكَّنّٰهُمْ فِى الْاَ رْضِ مَا لَمْ نُمَكِّنْ لَّـكُمْ وَاَ رْسَلْنَا السَّمَآءَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِّدْرَا رًا ۖ وَّجَعَلْنَا الْاَ نْهٰرَ تَجْرِيْ مِنْ تَحْتِهِمْ فَاَ هْلَكْنٰهُمْ بِذُنُوْبِهِمْ وَاَ نْشَأْنَا مِنْۢ بَعْدِهِمْ قَرْنًا اٰخَرِيْنَ
"Have they not seen how many generations We destroyed before them which We had established upon the earth as We have not established you? And We sent [rain from] the sky upon them in showers and made rivers flow beneath them; then We destroyed them for their sins and brought forth after them a generation of others."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 6)
وَمَنْ اَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرٰى عَلَى اللّٰهِ كَذِبًا اَوْ كَذَّبَ بِاٰ يٰتِهٖ ۗ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُفْلِحُ الظّٰلِمُوْنَ
"And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allah a lie or denies His verses? Indeed, the wrongdoers will not succeed."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 21)

"And it is He who created the heavens and earth in truth. And the day He says, "Be," and it is, His word is the truth. And His is the dominion [on] the Day the Horn is blown. [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; and He is the Wise, the Acquainted."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 73)
ذٰلِكَ هُدَى اللّٰهِ يَهْدِيْ بِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَا دِهٖ ۗ وَلَوْ اَشْرَكُوْا لَحَبِطَ عَنْهُمْ مَّا كَا نُوْا يَعْمَلُوْنَ
"That is the guidance of Allah by which He guides whomever He wills of His servants. But if they had associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 88)
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ فَا لِقُ الْحَبِّ وَا لنَّوٰى ۗ يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَمُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتِ مِنَ الْحَيِّ ۗ ذٰ لِكُمُ اللّٰهُ فَاَ نّٰى تُؤْفَكُوْنَ
"Indeed, Allah is the cleaver of grain and date seeds. He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living. That is Allah; so how are you deluded?"
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 95)
وَلَوْ اَنَّـنَا نَزَّلْنَاۤ اِلَيْهِمُ الْمَلٰٓئِكَةَ وَكَلَّمَهُمُ الْمَوْتٰى وَ حَشَرْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ قُبُلًا مَّا كَا نُوْا لِيُؤْمِنُوْۤا اِلَّاۤ اَنْ يَّشَآءَ اللّٰهُ وَلٰـكِنَّ اَكْثَرَهُمْ يَجْهَلُوْنَ
"And even if We had sent down to them the angels [with the message] and the dead spoke to them [of it] and We gathered together every [created] thing in front of them, they would not believe unless Allah should will. But most of them, [of that], are ignorant."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 111)
وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا فِيْ كُلِّ قَرْيَةٍ اَكٰبِرَ مُجْرِمِيْهَا لِيَمْكُرُوْا فِيْهَا ۗ وَمَا يَمْكُرُوْنَ اِلَّا بِاَ نْفُسِهِمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُوْنَ
"And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. But they conspire not except against themselves, and they perceive [it] not."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 123)
وَرَبُّكَ الْغَنِيُّ ذُو الرَّحْمَةِ ۗ اِنْ يَّشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفْ مِنْۢ بَعْدِكُمْ مَّا يَشَآءُ كَمَاۤ اَنْشَاَ كُمْ مِّنْ ذُرِّيَّةِ قَوْمٍ اٰخَرِيْنَ
"And your Lord is the Free of need, the possessor of mercy. If He wills, he can do away with you and give succession after you to whomever He wills, just as He produced you from the descendants of another people."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 133)
قُلْ تَعَا لَوْا اَتْلُ مَا حَرَّمَ رَبُّكُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ اَ لَّا تُشْرِكُوْا بِهٖ شَيْئًـــا وَّبِا لْوَا لِدَيْنِ اِحْسَا نًا ۚ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوْۤا اَوْلَا دَكُمْ مِّنْ اِمْلَا قٍ ۗ نَحْنُ نَرْزُقُكُمْ وَاِ يَّاهُمْ ۚ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الْفَوَا حِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ ۚ وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِيْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِا لْحَـقِّ ۗ ذٰ لِكُمْ وَصّٰٮكُمْ بِهٖ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُوْنَ
"Say, "Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason.""
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 151)

(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 151)
It was narrated that 'Ali (RA) said: "I was one who had a lot of prostatic discharge, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me: 'If you see Madhi (prostatic fluid) then wash your penis and perform Wudu' like that for Salah, but if you ejaculate semen, then perform Ghusl.'"
