Please read the translation of the verse 68 of the surah Al-Ahzaab in context with the verses 66 and 67 to understand its meaning clearly:
Surah Al-Ahzaab verses 66 to 68 (translation):
66. The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger."
67. And they will say, "Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the [right] way.
68.Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse."
As you see the verse 68 gives the statement of those who used to follow some kaafirs for the worldly benefits. In the Here-After when they will taste the punishment then they will request Allah to curse with great curse their leaders/teachers/dignitaries (whom they used to follow in this world).
The word used in Arabic for great in this verse 68 of the surah Al-Ahzaab, is Kabeera.
I checked in many Quraans but couldn’t find “katheera” in any of them. Katheera means many/more. But on this forum at the link Preservation of Qur'an (the post 33) shows (كثيرا ) in the end of verse 68 of surah al-Ahzaab. I can only understand that it may be that someone changed the one dot (of ba) under the nabirah into the 3 dots of ث)) over the nabirah. But I believe that it is not easy to do so. Thus the one who has done it has invited the Anger and Punishment of Allah on him/her, even if he/she has done it only on a single page taken as a copy from the Holy Quraan.
The strange names of the recitation present in this post 33 are a bida’ (new thing which is not given in Quraan or Hadeeth). This is dalaal (straying) and all dalaal (strayings) lead into the Fire of Hell.
Mas-haf is also a new name given to the Holy Quraan. This name for the Quraan is not found in the whole Quraan. It was not found in the ahaadeeth of the Final Prophet Muhammad salla Allaho alaihi wa sallam but now it is found on the net. You know that Hadeeth is not preserved, so it can be changed by the mischief-makers. I tried to trace this word “mas-haf” and found it leading to a very satanic book written by a shiyah or Alawi as the name of the author indicates. The preface of the book said that he was helped by a kaafir university and kaafir scholars who have made a plan to distort the history of the text of the Holy Quraan.
(By so much struggle they could not succeed in the least because Allah All-Mighty is preserving the Holy Quraan).
I didn’t give here the name of the cursed author or of the cursed book because I want to protect myself from the sin of advertising such cursed things. May Allah protect us all the true Muslims, aameen. But to my surprise, the cursed book was written in Egypt and was placed in a library in Syria. So now you can see the huge fitan that have overtaken these countries. Thus fear Allah and take heed those who want to be protected from Allah’s punishment here and in the Here-After.

If you are unaware of something, then that does not mean that everything that goes against your limited knowledge is false or bid'a or dhalaal.
Anyone who has properly studied the Qur'an will know that the Qur'an has 7 authentic qira'ah + 3 more, in total 10. There are slight differences in some of the letters and vowels between these different qira'at.
A mushaf contains Qur'an or part of the Qur'an. Mushaf simply means collection of pages of the Qur'an in a single binding between two covers.
An ignorant person should simply learn. Arguing and being stubborn on ignorance will only lead to more ignorance.

Quraan was revealed with 7 different ways of recitation. there is no difference in the wording of the Holy Quraan. You always call me ignorant and show terrible hostility when I present the bright verses for evidence. All readers can justly decide whether I am ignorant or not. Al-Hamdulillah I have great knowledge of the Holy Quraan and the Sunnah.
But you are helping the cause of the enemies, so I leave it to Allah.

Stunningly beautiful adhaan from the Dome of the Rock in Masjid ul Aqsa Download (right click and choose "save target/link as").
This is a clear message for mankind in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is only One God, and that those of understanding may take heed (14:52)
Indeed Allah knows, and you know not (16: 74, part)

I appreciate your gheerah for the Holy Qur'an. Please see the link posted above for details.
Ask any scholar of the Qur'an regarding the differences within the 7 qira'aat, he will explain you how deep the science of qira'ah is. There are differences in letters, vowel signs, which in turn make a difference in the word itself. If you are still not satisfied, read this chapter of Ahadeeth from Sunan Abu Dawud and you will find several Ahadeeth mentioning different words from what you find in the Qur'an with you (the Hafs qira'ah) https://sunnah.com/abudawud/32
Here is a short clip by Shaikh Mishary from Surah Al-Ahzab:
As mentioned in the link posted above, the 7 Ahruf and the 7 Qira'ah are different things. According to most of the scholars, the 7 qira'aat are all from the single harf of the Qur'an, the one that was copied by 'Uthman and distributed throughout the world.
But since Allah promised to safeguard the Qur'an, I believe that all those 7 Ahruf of the Qur'an are somehow preserved within the present 7 qira'aat because nobody can hide them until Allah wills.
We have many hadith from Sahih hadith CONFIRMING the seven dialects of the Quran which Prophet INSISTED on havingthem FROM ALLAH Since he felt that would EASE his different Arab tribes having different dialects so that they remember it and follow it that would strengthen islam So those 7 ahruf - dialect (hope thats a exact translation UNLIKE the word mansukh so called abrogation) eventually helped The illiterate Arabs to get stronger easily in the Quran and Eemaan so sooner and so it happened The Arabs( sheep herders, camel herders) became the super power of the globe in just 35 years which is a miracle ( will any expect some country like Nepal or lower than that to beat the USA & RUSSIA to becomea super power in 35 years ??) No Muslim must deny this truth of seven ahruf dialects and a hadith from Abu Huraira states
From Abû Hurairah:The Messenger of God(P) said: "The Qur'an was sent down in seven ahruf. Disputation concerning the Qur'an is unbelief" - he said thisthree times - "and you should put into practice what you know of it, and leave what you do not know of it to someone who does."[1]
A main point to note is those seven dialects - Ahruf had already caused differences during the life time of Prophet as seen here
Muslim :: Book 4 : Hadith 1787 Ubayy b. Ka'b reported: I was in the mosque when a man entered and prayed and recited (the Qur'in) in a style to which I objected. Then another man entered (the mosque) and recited in a style different from that of his companion. When we had finished the prayer, we all went to Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) and said to him: This man recited in a style to which I objected, and the other entered and recited in a style different from that of his companion. The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) asked them to recite and so they recited, and the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) expressed approval of their affairs (their modes of recitation). and there occurred In my mind a sort of denial which did not occur even during the Days of Ignorance. When the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) saw how I was affected (by a wrong idea), he struck my chest, whereupon I broke into sweating and felt as though I were looking at Allah with fear. He (the Holy Prophet) said to me: Ubayy. a message was sent to me to recite the Qur'an in one dialect, and I replied: Make (things) easy for my people. It was conveyed to me for the second time that it should be recited in two dialects. I again replied to him: Make affairs easy for my people. It was again conveyed to me for the third time to recite in seven dialects And (I was further told): You have got a seeking for every reply that I sent you, which you should seek from Me. I said: O Allah! forgive my people, forgive my people, and I have deferred the third one for the day on which the entire creation will turn to me, including even Ibrahim (peace be upon him) (for intercession)''
I accept most of the fatwas from islamqa but a very few like this i keep my reservation ONLY on their reasoning (not the hadith they had quoted) that they were both from Quraishi so there ought not be any differences in dialect (Ahruf). This is flawed IMHO. I have seen close relatives who have settled in West (USA) and East (Malaysia, S'pore) speak different english accent & dialect different from their own family (leave about Tribe for now which has a wider scope ) A same family person settling in the USA for a decade or two his dialect has changed and his kids who went their have developed or used to a COMPLETE different accent - dialect . Similarly A british guy moving into Ireland as a lad or younger would speaklike an Irish man (dialect & accent ) in decade or two . Even i have seen words changing their meanings in just my 4-5 decades of life so is the fallibility of language .
So these reasoning of islamqa fatwa i quote
''It is known that Hishaam was Asadi Qurashi (i.e., from the clan of Bani Asad in Quraysh) and ‘Umar was ‘Adawi Qurashi (i.e., from the clan of Bani ‘Adiyy in Quraysh). Both of them were from Quraysh and Quraysh had only one dialect. If the difference in ahruf (styles) had been a difference in dialects, why would two men of Quraysh have been different? ''
iS THE ONLY STUMBLING BLOCK which says DIALECT OR AHRUF ARE NOT SAME AND ARE NOT THE SOURCE OF THE FEW DIFFERENCES IN RECITATION AND EVEN GOING AGAINST THE PROOF OF HADITH ABOVE ( THE TWO READERS DIFFERED BECAUSE OF DIALECT AS PROPHET CONFIRMED IT) and ALSO AGAINST MOST SCHOLARS WHO INSIST THAT AHRUF IS DIALECT WHICH IS ALSO QUOTED IN THE SAME FATWA HERE
'' Thirdly: Some of the scholars said that what was meant by ahruf was the dialects of the Arabs, but this is far-fetched, ...............................''
So Islamqa has to recheck their reasoning with more proofs proving that though that sahaba ( Hishaam ibn Hakeem reciting Soorat al-Furqaan) though a Quriashi was NOT brought upon grown up in a differnt dialect tribe ?? Proofs from them should be atleast two (IMHO) as stipulated by our Calipha Uthman RA to any matters related to the kalamullah
So the Gist here is though i have not myself found any Quran which are different except the placement of one or two vowels (as one upon other or to its sides as Pesh) BUT Which undisputably gives out the same pronunciation but from reference given here by Photo copies prove that Warsh (a very minority used mostly in Africa) could have been a few remnants from other dialects of the Glorious Quran or from the copies of Ibn Masood :RA: who was very strict & doubtful in deciding during the reaffirmation of Uthman RA even in listing the sura fathiha & the last two suras as a Dua (preface) or as in The Glorious itself and it was decided by the ijma of 99 % of All Sahabas its in the Quran itself ( Not a dua since the cause of doubt was that those three were very mashoor being read every where for everything )
Just a Muslim with Glorious Quran and (hadith) sunnah as my guide as in verse 41:33 '' And who is better in speech than one who invites to Allah and does righteousness and says, "Indeed, I am of the Muslims."
It is the same as the hadeeth about Umar rAa, when he heard a sahaabi reciting surah al-Furqaan in different style and he complained to the prophet salla Allaho alaihi wa sallam. Then the prophet
salla Allaho alaihi wa sallam
informed them about seven different ways/styles/methods of recitation and told them that both of them were correct in recitation.
That is all about the hadeeth. It is only about the seven different ways of recitation.
Then I don't understand what is the problem? Why do you differ with me???
Please remember, if some scholars claim that the seven ways of recitation mean seven different words and seven different types of the Holy Quraan, I believe they are liars, they are giving wrong meaning of the Hadeeth which is so much clear and there is no ambiguity in it. I consider such wrong interpreters of the hadeeth sinners and criminals. They couldn't do it by mistake because the hadeeth is as clear as the bright day and as the bright sun-light. There is no possibility in making a mistake in understanding this hadeeth unless a person is mental and we cannot follow mental people.
Now anyone who leaves behind the clear hadeeth and goes to follow the wrong interpreters, I doubt them. I think that they are working for the enemies and are getting little worldly benefits. surely they have sold their Al-Aakhirah for the temporary life of this world. I am posting the translation of the following verses from the surah Al-Baqarah for your consideration and advise you all to abstain from such actions. This is not such a big problem that no one can solve it. Rather the fact is that some of the writers/posters try to twist clear statement and
make it crooked.
Surah Al-Baqarah verses 159, 174, 175, and 176:
(2:159) Those who conceal anything of the clear teachings and true guidance which We have sent down even though We have made them clear in Our Book, Allah curses such people and so do all the cursers,160
Exp. note:
160. The biggest failure of the Jews was that they kept the teachings contained in the Book of God confined to a limited class of people, the rabbis and professional theologians, instead of spreading them. They did not allow this knowledge to filter through even to the Jewish masses let alone the non-Jewish peoples of the world. Later, when errors and corruptions spread among them owing to widespread ignorance the Jewish theologians made no serious effort to root them out. Moreover, in order to maintain their hold on the Jewish masses they lent their tacit approval to every corrupting deviation from the true faith that gained currency.
The Muslims are being admonished to refrain from this kind of behaviour. The nation which has been charged with the guidance of the entire world is duty-bound to do its utmost to radiate true guidance, rather than keep it under lock and key as a miser hoards his money.
(2:174) Those who conceal anything of the Book revealed by Allah and sell it away for a trifling gain are merely filling their bellies with Fire.173 Allah will neither address them on the Day of Resurrection, nor shall He pronounce them “pure”.174 A painful chastisement lies in store for them.
(2:175) They are the ones who bought error in exchange for true guidance, and chastisement in exchange for forgiveness. How patient they are in enduring the Fire!
(2:176) This is so because Allah revealed the Book with the Truth, but those who disagreed concerning the Book veered far away from the Truth.
Please read and understand the above verses. You can read the explanation at (tafheem.net) there are three different tafaseer. But stop playing with the Book of Allah otherwise you will ruin only yourself.
