it should be noted that the tafsir of Tabatabai is a Shi'ite tafsir, thus many of its views will not be in-line with the consensus of Muslims. There is also the commentary of Muhammad Asad available, but he often takes an overly figurative/metaphorical interpretation that conflicts with the consensus.
Hence, for someone not very well-grounded in the correct Islamic understanding, it is advisable to stick with the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir, Maududi, and perhaps Syed Qutb. Here is another one Osman didn't mention: http://www.islamworld.net/ADWAA/
