I am a nonmuslim but have a friend whose family is living in Gaza. I understand he is in a very difficult position being outside his country while his family is there inside this terrible situation. Being a christian I would usually encourage fellow believers with a bible scripture. What do you muslims use to encourage each other? I wish to send him something that will give him some encouragement and I believe if it is related to his faith (Islam) it will reach him better and deeper than anything else I might say to him. Any advices?
tell him that there can be nothing greater then martyrdome.
tell him that all chaos and destruction of this dunya, if it decieves the heart (into forsaking trust in Allah), is just delusion from shaytan, and to not pay that any heed

My tears testify that i have a heart
yet i feel me and shaytan never part

thanks for your answer.
I mean are there any verses from quran i could send him being a nonmuslim, a certain ecard (i searched but didnt find anything fitting). It would not be very convincing if I start sending him messages that sound like i wish his family will become martyrs... as honestly i wish the opposite... i wish that his family will be safe and i just want to send him something that encourages him... words like "martyrdome" from me will only irritate him i believe.
I understand the issue you face. I'm a Christian, but have a daughter who is Muslim. Normally I just write her whatever is on my heart, but there are times I feel a need to have something else and so having a source of ecards that take one's Islamic faith into consideration is helpful. Here are some of the sources I have found:
