The chapters on Economics in Ibn Khaldun's Muqaddimah. There is only one pdf circulating on the internet, however, it has terrible formatting. I am attempting to fix that, but it is still usable. The book also covers other subjects like sociology and history, but economics is still a major part.
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Arfaja who said:
I have heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Different evils will make their appearance in the near future. Anyone who tries to disrupt the affairs of this Umma while they are united you should strike him with the sword whoever he be.
