Is this a free site or is this one you pay for?
If it is paid for, Contact your host, they (if they are good) can perform an incremental backup (e.g. to the day before your site began redirecting). Might also be worth checking with your host to see if you site was compromised.
redirecting me to deplayer.net/ptp.html. i tried to remove a 'random facts' widget, but then it said error my blog keeps redirecting me to deplayer.net/ptp.html. i tried to remove a 'random facts' widget, but then it said error Report abuse
not sure what that is, but blogger told me to include it..
so when i tried to delete the widget it gave me this magical error code: bX-nv3nez .. and now won't do anything... help!
I've got similar problem. Overnight it seems someone has injected malicious code into my blog which keeps redirected viewers to other sites - deplayer and lots more. Spent 5 hours trying to find it so far but no joy.
I'm going to post separately and hope someone can help as I'm tearing my hair out here and need to get some work done!
The problem seems to be with widgets. Both the countdown widget and hit counter widget are suspect. If you have either of these on your blog, delete them. When I deleted the countdown widget everything went back to normal.

I don't have either of those widgets, and my blog has been directing me and other viewers to this deplayer.net link among others! What's going on? The applications I've installed on my blog have been there for quite a while now, so why's this problem occurring all of a sudden?

I can't get the counter taken down. I got an error message when I tried to remove it. As follows:

I had this problem this morning. I found the issue was in one of the add on widgets in Layout settings. We have a widget for ESPN News updates. When I went into "layout" an try to mess with the widget for ESPN news updates, the actual widgets went to this "deplayer.net/ptp.html" I went to remove it but it moves there quick. When you go into this widget, as soon as you see it, click remove and enter very fast. After a few tries it finally deleted it.
I also removed the Twitter widget and NFL News widget.
The site now works fine!

This week, we are seeing a few reports from anxious bloggers that their blogs are redirecting to mysterious URLs containing the domain "deplayer.net". This is somewhat reminiscent of the "searchinvented.com / smashingfeeds.com" hijacks seen during January 2010, and to the "sendptp.com" hijacks seen during February 2010.
Early reports mention the "Real time hit counter" gadget, seen by some as the "Halifax 2011" countdown gadget, or possibly the "Halloween 2010" countdown gadget, as being the gadget most successfully removed. It's also possible that the "falling snow" and "Tweet This" gadget code has been upgraded to redirect to "deplayer.net". We also have reports of an "ITunes" accessory being involved this month.
As always, I'll caution you to be wary of any third party gadgets. It appears from some comments received that there is protective code in these newest gadgets, which aggressively blocks use of the "Page Elements" gadget GUI removal. If you try to hit the "Remove" button, or hit "Layout" from the dashboard link, and you are redirected, you have 2 choices.
how can I never mind.. I know something above doesn't belong I just don't know what to take out or how these morons got in there to begin with.. I am so ahhhhhhhh

sandwich and tea first, blog later.. and wash those fingers.. I have a thing against other people's fingers!
I know seriously. Like, I remember when I was little, the aunties used to put food on our plates. If it was fresh off the stove and hot, they would spread the rice with their fingers... I mean, seriously. Couldn't you take a SPOON at the least?
