Everything is done by Allah ‘command and nothing else without it.

Allah All-Mighty Says in the holy Quran,”Allah it is Who has created seven heavens and of the earth the like thereof. The commandment comes down among them slowly, that you may know that Allah is able to do all things, and that Allah surrounds all things in knowledge” (Divorce: 12).
These verses reveal that Allah’s commandment comes downin the seven heavens and the earth, so this is the unanimous belief of Muslim Ummah that everything is being done by the will and command of Allah All-Mighty in the entire universe and nothing else without it.
But Allah’s commandment comes to pass by means of some source. For example, if someone is thirsty or hungry, then he will take water or food to fulfill his requirement. Similarly, Allah is Provider, but provision can be had only through any business or services. But, despite this, a Muslim must believe that everything is done by Allah’s command and eating drinking, business or something else, are only the sources and Allah is able to do all things without any source and origin and these are effective only by Allah’s command.
So these are the teachings of Islam that a Muslim should ask for everything to Allah Almighty even he does not find any apparent source for it, because Allah is the Real Doer of things. May Allah Almighty give us ‘taufeeq ’to do so, Ameen
When they do aught that is shameful, they say: "We found our fathers doing so"; and "Allah commanded us thus": Say: "Nay, Allah never commands what is shameful: do ye say of Allah what ye know not?"
English - Sahih International
And when they commit an immorality, they say, "We found our fathers doing it, and Allah has ordered us to do it." Say, "Indeed, Allah does not order immorality. Do you say about Allah that which you do not know?"
Allah commands justice, the doing of good, and liberality to kith and kin, and He forbids all shameful deeds, and injustice and rebellion: He instructs you, that ye may receive admonition.
English - Sahih International
Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded.
