Though the Muslim countries are very backward compared to other developed countries of the world but, Islam is the fastest growing religion, why?

"In the next half century or so, Christianity’s long reign as the world’s largest religion may come to an end, according to a just-released report that builds on Pew Research Center’s original population growth projections for religious groups. Indeed, Muslims will grow more than twice as fast as the overall world population between 2015 and 2060 and, in the second half of this century, will likely surpass Christians as the world’s largest religious group"

Re: Muslim Nations are low but Islam is the highest growing, why?

The Early Muslims were small in number, but were great in power. Today, it's the opposite. There are too many factors to be honest. Lack of taqwa would be the biggest issue. I think today more than ever before, people are comfortable with the status quo. Give people their food and entertainment and they will live happily ever after with no care about anything or anyone else. Numbers do not mean anything without the unity.
