I just got myself a foam roller and I really enjoy it and it seems that there are quite a few exercises you can do with it then can be beneficial. It's sort of like a massage and also improves your mobility and posture.
I still need to practice and learn more exercises with it.
I laughed at one friend/bodybuilder I knew at my old gym. At first he tore his pec/rotator/shoulder few years back then over a year ago I tore mine, and then we both concurrently were rehabing ourselves... lol then I realized that's pretty cool after all haha...
