I just noticed that when I started to pray regulate, I either pray few minutes before the Calling starts or one minute before the prayer starts and unknowingly, I have prayed on improper time and I feel bad because my prayers are invalid, what should I do to pray on time?
I have Muslim Pro app which can tell me when to start praying, the problem with me is that I can't pray on proper time, I always thought that I have prayed on proper time, but now I real side I made wrong.
Just in curiosity, how many minutes before prayer should I put alarm clock in order for me to do ablution and then come to fix time?
Is my prayer accepted if my excuse is that I cannot understand how to pray 4-3 units?
I have this issue because even in video I cannot understand, I find it difficult unless a step by step picture is shown to me in order for me to know how to pray 2 units, 3 units and 4 units or 12 units(Sunnah), otherwise I can't understand, because I understand very hard. I wonder, is this a valid excuse for praying as I can? Or, this is not valid excuse?
So, what it meant not on time means that one delays the prayer? And if I come to prayer after the Announcement is made, then that's totally ok right?
If your pray in the masjid, then you have to be on time so that you do not miss the congregation.
If you are praying at home, then you can pray when the time of prayer comes to be.
If you pray 5 to 10 minutes after the person who gives the call to prayer there is no harm.
The only prayer you should be careful about is Maghrib. Best to pray as soon as the call give prayer finishes giving the call to prayer and not to delay it.

How should I pray on time? I mean, how to pray when Adthan starts? How many minutes should I start performing ablution and to get ready for prayer?
So, even in Sunset prayer? I mean, if I come to prayer at Sunset after 30 minutes later, does my prayer still accepted? Or no?
Most scholarly opinions hold that the time for Maghrib prayer ends when the time for Isha'a salat begins.
(There is disagreement amongst Sunni scholars as to when that occurs. According to the Hanafi school, Isha'a begins when complete darkness has arrived and the yellow twilight in the sky has disappeared. According to a minority opinion in the Maliki school, the prescribed time for Maghrib prayer ends when the red thread has disappeared from the sky. In another opinion of the Shafi'i school, the disappearance of the red thread marks the end of the Period of Necessity).
