Asians: Try to avoid conflicts, and if can, don't leave any trail.

Westerners: Good meal for once a day is sufficed.

Number 5 applies to me. If someone makes me very angry, I smile and look happy, a bit too happy. Only my mom knows that I'm really angry, especially when she hears me punching the wall when I go to my bedroom.
I was looking at myself talking to myself and I realized this conversation...I was having with myself looking at myself was a conversation with myself that I needed to have with myself.
I am mostly Western (no surprise there) but I do have some Asian tendencies. I hate conflict in particular and I try to avoid showing outward emotions.
