I would like advice on what i am doing wrong in terms of my ibadah...
When i recite quran, do zikr, afterwards i feel stressed and irritable and always in a bad mood, shouting and yelling and sumths resort to swearing (Astagfirullaah) and i hate it when am like this....why does this happen..nd how can i prevent this??
