Wow I never placed my mouse on the bars for a few seconds to see what it says.
I changed it recently... coz almost all the oldies had reps over 2K.
Here's the updated table
-500 = User is infamous around these parts
-100 = User can only hope to improve
-10 = User has a little shameless behaviour in the past
0 = User is an unknown quantity at this point
500 = User is on a distinguished road
2500 = User will become famous soon enough
10000 = User has a spectacular aura about
20000 = User is a jewel in the rough
30000 = User is just really nice
40000 = User is a glorious beacon of light
50000 = User is a name known to all
60000 = User is a splendid one to behold
70000 = User has much to be proud of
80000 = User has a brilliant future
90000 = User is a legend.
100000 = User has a reputation beyond repute
.. you should get your creative juices on the reds too -- there is no reason it should stop at infamous in these parts
