the way to give up music is, to listen to nasheeds instead
if them terrible words are uttered beyond your control than your not guilty for them inshallah, however just to try and 'cleanse' your system of such waswasa so those words dont prop up, remain engaged in zikr much as possible; consider your heart like a [olden day] cassette, [you know what that is lol?]; record the zikr over the waswas and the terrible waswas should go!
Listen to Ruqyah verses online, preferably on Youtube, they are verses from the Qur'an intended to cure the person from black magic, jinn possession, and/or evil eye
