power to the people
my poem 'revolution' was the prequel
now this is the superseding sequel
vain are those who indoctrinate the brittle minded to cause destruction and everlasting pain
like a slave in shackles being whipped with a buckle or a cain
humanity has shaped its self in profanity
all this talk about change....and how democracy is suffice
same old same ...., 2 faces of the same coin when will the undeniable truth surface
im from the school where we teach to lodge shoes at shady tyrants
the only thing we lack is aim like that of kobe bryant
we’ve suffered too much our temper is rampant
il forever be a sick irritant
my slogan is being outspoken
until from this life im forsaken
i will stay a devoted humanitarian to those characterised by misfortune
monopolized by dictatorial systems trapped in this matrix
where misers practice miserliness and criminals who only know how to show hatred
when i speak i converse for the little boy in the sacred land the with sling shot,
the mother in iraq who watches her son die by her arms from multiple gun shots
i speak for the little girl gold mining in bolivia
and the food stricken orphan dying in africa
there is nothing clearer the rich gets richer
-and the poor gets poorer
this is the many fruits secularism has brought forth
economical downfall....who is to blame...welfare mothers?
or the prisoners???
both combined have a seductive appeal
for white supremacist politicians to pump..a common world view
this is superbly concealed and most of us don’t have a clue
for their sly actions recession has wounded them
many suffer repercussions and this time its not the working class where all the financial problems have stemmed
corporate companies trading unjustly
use of power lustily
they dumb us down and go ...atcha to disable-
Hypothetical upheaval through entertainment delivered by coaxial cables
They have taken advantage of our uncontrollable urges
And in the end we are the sorry ones splurging -
and buying their products

And yeah, good poem, you're really in the mood for poems these days, aren't you?
Should I seek a source of law other than God, when it is He Who has sent down unto you the Book (Qur'an) fully explained? And those whom We have given them the Book know that it has been sent down from the Lord with truth, so be not of those in doubt.
^ I guess that means I can apologise to Junior if the thread title wasn't meant to be alliteration; I just felt like correcting a wannabe' corrector in a nice way.

does this poem look like i had used an alliteration method? the answer is no.... the title is alteration....which comes from the root word alter which means 'to change'
