During the ongoing Gaza massacre, it took Obama 11 days and more than 600 Palestinian deaths to call the situation “a source of deep concern.

But the president-elect was quick to condemn the Mumbai attacks, releasing a statement on the first day of that terrorist attack.

“President-Elect Obama strongly condemns today's terrorist attacks in Mumbai, and his thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families, and the people of India,” the statement read. “These coordinated attacks on innocent civilians demonstrate the grave and urgent threat of terrorism.”

How about Israel’s terrorism on Gaza, the killing of more than 100 Palestinian children and the bombing of clearly-marked UN schools? Shouldn’t that at least be condemned by the upcoming “leader of the free world”?

While Obama will most likely bring about change on the domestic front, when it comes to Palestine, it’s clear that Obama’s policies are “more of the same.”

Comment:he was brought up to date about Gaza, and all he said was "its not his place", "there's only one president", but he was happy to condemn Mumbai Attacks.

His happy to tell us "a source of deep concern", but really all he has to say is... GENOCIDE.
