I want to know that whether income generated form adds services on internet like google/adbrite etc will be haram or halal , i am just confused because we did not know what type of add they will show and whether the link points toward a halal or haram site.

If I remember right, there are some filter for Google ads. You should probably contact Google.
If, after all, you aren't sure what ads are displayed, you should remove them, because there's a chance that you'll advertise haram things.
