Urgent help needed-urges

i don’t think this post will help much but I am a sister and I have been having these really strong sexual urges for the past couple of days. i am 20 years old, and have never been in a relationship. what actions can i carry out to make these feelings go away? i don’t like these feelings, i’m scared. don’t ask of what coz i don’t know.

please help ASAP
