    Diagnosing an illness, be it physical or mental, is the realm of doctors, not us lay-peeps.

    Seek the help of a mental health professional who can diagnosis you properly and recommend a course of treatment.

    How can you diagnose yourself? Unless your're a medical professional, you can't really "diagnose". You can predict or hypothesize, but not decide what exactly is happening to you.

    Seek professional help. You will find out if you truly have this disorder, and will be able to find a solution.

    Asalaamu Alaikum Wr Wb, can you give us more details? It sounds like a condition in which one feels that one is best left alone and isolated and finds it difficult to mix with others or be sociable maybe because of a lack of self esteem or other pschological issues.

    These are the symptoms for Avoidance disorder:

    Hypersensitivity to criticism or rejection
    Self-imposed social isolation
    Extreme shyness in social situations, though feels a strong desire for close relationships[4]
    Avoids physical contact because it has been associated with an unpleasant or painful stimulus
    Avoids interpersonal relationships
    Feelings of inadequacy
    Severe low self-esteem
    Self-loathing
    Mistrust of others
    Emotional distancing related to intimacy
    Highly self-conscious
    Self-critical about their problems relating to others
    Problems in occupational functioning
    Lonely self-perception
    Feeling inferior to others
    Utilizes fantasy as a form of escapism and to interrupt painful thoughts
    Maybe trying working on not having those symptoms.
