Praise be to Allah Who sent down the truth, that of which we like and that of which we dislike.
Not every truth is meant to be liked. And the wisdom within that is that it exposes and distinguishes from amongst mankind those hearts which are; pure & impure, sincere & insincere, believing & hypocritical.
If every truth was meant to be liked then we wouldn’t be able to distinguish the true believers from the hypocrites.
The hypocrite only likes one truth, but the believers love both truths.
