I want to become a scholar/alim or someone who has so much knowledge in Islam. How do I start? What should I read? Etc

Assalam o Alaikum rahamutullahi wa barakuthu.
You can spend your time reading Quran and Sunnah, reading tafsir of Quran etc. you also can start islamic education.
But remember, a real scholar does not call himself scholar, rather he considers himself as student of knowledge. Knowledge can be lost by will of Allah, so you must keep learning and revising. That's lot of works.
