Then I asked her, "Noor Fatima daughter of (her father's name), have you accepted this nikah(wedlock) three times. And she said yes,all three times. Is she in my nikah or not??
When you want to do nikkah, you sign a contract, which will be witnessed by her father or a male member of her family, and your father. And imam or other muslim officiant.
