Masha'allah that was beautiful I've never heard of it before but I've heard ones similar to it and theirs a bunch of arabic nasheeds on aswatalislam.net on the sections of the nasheeds.
 
jazkallah fot the nasheed weneva i go to ma mums ma older bro has this playin mashallah its beautiful and the translation to it is exellent
